Editing Ordering additional services

The process of ordering additional services for a server consists of the following steps:

Step 1. Log into the billing panel.

Step 2. Navigate to "Server Management".

Step 3. Switch to the "Additional services" tab.

Step 4. Select the necessary additional services and click "Order".

Step 5. Pay the issued invoice. Please note that the additional service is ordered for the entire paid period of your order. Thus, if your order has a paid period of 1 month and 5 days, the bill for the additional service will be issued for 1 month and 5 days. But, if your order has a paid period of 11 months, the bill for the additional service will be issued for 11 months.

If you ordered "Additional disk space", don't forget to respond to the automatically created ticket to specify the time of the works.
