Plan change
The described tariff plan change procedure does not require data transfer; all server settings remain unchanged.
Step 1. Log into the billing panel. To change the tariff plan, go to the list of your orders. Each order will have a "Change package type" button, as shown in the screenshot.
Changing the tariff plan is also available from the menu item Server Management - Payment
Step 2. Click on the "Change package type" button and select the tariff plan you want to switch to.
Click "Save".
Step 3. You will be billed for the price difference between the tariff plans for the remaining paid period. Pay it.
Step 4. After paying the bill, a ticket titled "Tariff Plan Change" will be automatically created for you. In this ticket, you will need to coordinate with technical support to carry out the work to upgrade the tariff plan. During the tariff upgrade, there will be a server downtime of 15-20 minutes.
